We have a small vineyard of about 1000 grapes and an apple orchard, which we planted in 2010 with the plan to make traditional apple cider. We prune and hand pick both our grapes and apples and use a traditional basket press for processing our wine and cider.
Our vineyard has produced a range of wines depending on harvest volumes and climatic conditions, which include Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Pinot Noir and a white Field Blend.
We also produce three varieties of apple cider: Heritage Cider, Hopped Cider and Ginger Cider and are about to release a Perry (pear cider) and Satsuma Plum Dessert Wine.
We opened our Cellar Door in November, 2022 and in addition to our own wine and cider, stock some of our neighbours produce from Butcher’s Gully and Mt Markey Winery.
